IRemember
Digital adaptation of a clinical program to teach older adults to use implementation intentions
The aim of the IRemember program is to teach elderly a strategy to remember better the things they have to do in the future. It is divided in 6 levels. A garden (see illustrations below) will expand and grow lovelier as the elderly proceed through the levels. It monitores the progress in the learning of the strategy.
The main features of the program are:
- Each level contains 12 questions and an introductive video
- Once you have completed the program, you reinitialize your progress and redo the quizzes.
- All questions are multiple choice questions (A, B, C).
- If you answer correctly, you directly access the next question with a "Correct!" feedback.
- When you make a mistake, the correction is automatically displayed.
- Your garden change every 3 questions (correct or reviewed).
